We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances, once the fudge has left our premises.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind”.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has left our premises, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please call us on 0410 725 575 within 24 hours of the delivery & please forward photos of damaged items to email@example.com for us to assess.
Shipping is currently only available for the Perth Metro area.
We use our in-house delivery or Hampers by Design for our courier deliveries where required.
Fudge is normally delivered Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. Outside of these times are subject to availability only.
Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days.
We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times but will do our best to accommodate delivery requests when specified.
If no one is home to accept delivery, the fudge will be left in a safe place at the premises. Please note that fudge should not be left out in warmer weather. If you are unavailable to take delivery, please consider delivering to an alternative address.
